Most city people are content to live inside the fence and ignore the vicious threat lurking in the woods, but not Gemma. She has one goal in life: to hunt these creatures and make sure they don't harm anyone. Even nearly dying won't stop her.
 
But there's something else in the forest, something even more dangerous. And this something is hunting Gemma.
 
To have any hope of surviving, she's going to have to face her past and learn how to move forward in a world that no longer makes sense.
